Upma
Ingredients:
Semolina(70%) Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Cashewnut, Salt, Bengalgram Dal, Green Chilly, Ginger, Sugar Powder, Curry Leaves, Mustard, Lemon Seasoning Power.
How To Use:
- Boil 10 cups water(1500 ml) in a kadai with 3 tablespoon ghee. Add cut onions and tomato when cooked add 5 cups (500 g) of upma mix and mix well on a low flame.
- Cook for 3-4 min. on low flame with consistent mixing.
- Add 2 tablespoon ghee, Chopped coriander leaf and mix well. Keep aside for 5-6 mins with lid closed and serve hot upma with coconut chutney
