Shahi Masala Upma
Ingredients :
Semolina (70%) Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Cashewnut, Raisin, Salt, Bengalgram Dal, Green Chilly, Ginger, Sugar Powder, Curry Leaves, Mustard, Lemon Seasoning Power.

How to Use
- Boil 4 cups water in a kadai with 1 tablespoon ghee. Add cut onions and tomato when cooked add 2 cups (200 g) of shahi masala upma mix and mix well on a low flame.
- Cook for 3-4 min on low flame with constant mixing.
- Add 1 tablespoon ghee. Chopped Coriander leaf and mix well. Keep aside for 5-6 min. with lid closed and serve not coconut chutney.
