Seasoning :
Fry 1/2 Tablespoon mustard, Curry Leaves in 3 teaspoon oil, Add fried seasoning to boiling Samber, Mix well and boil for 2 min. On medium flame. Garnish the samber with chopped coriander leaves.

How to Use

  • Boil 7 cups water with 75 gram chopped onion and 100 gm cut tomato.
  • Add 1 cup instant sambhar mix and mix well.
  • Cook on medium fkame for 5 -6 min. with 1 tablespoon (18 gm) jiggery and coriander leaves and serve hot.
