Rice Idli
Ingredients :
Boiled Rice (60%), Black gram Dal, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Raising Agent (INS 500 II), Acidity Regulator (INS 296).
Please Note :
If Pressure Cooker is used for steaming idli, do not use whistle. Do not keep the prepared batter for long time.
How to Use
- Add 1 1/4 measure of water to 1 measure of rice idli mix and mix gently to a smooth batter and keep aside for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the batter into idly plates greased with oil and steam for 12-14 min.
- Cool for 1 min. and remove the idly from plates.Description :
