1. Rub the tawa gently with damp cloth to cool the surface of tawa before making next dosa.
2. Use a dry spoon always.

How to Use

  • Boil 7 cups water with 75 gram chopped onion and 100 gm cut tomato.
  • Add 1 cup instant sambhar mix and mix well.
  • Cook on medium fkame for 5 -6 min. with 1 tablespoon (18 gm) jiggery and coriander leaves and serve hot.
