Rava Idli

Ingredients :
Semoline (80%), Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Cashewnut, Bengalgram Dal, Green Chilly, Ginger, Salt, Ghee, Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Raising Agent (INS 500 II) Anti Caking Agent (INS 551).

Allergan Advice :
Contains Gluten, Cashewnut and Mustard Seeds.

Please Note :
1. If Pressure Cooker is used for Steaming idli, Do not use whistle.
2. Keep the curd for 1 hour at room temperature. If curd is chilled you.
3. Fermenated curd is a must, Otherwise idli will become yellow.

How to Use

• Add 1 measure of fermented curds to 1 measure of rava idly mix & mix gently to a lump free batter and keep free batter and keep aside for 2-3 min.
• Add 1/2 measure of fermented curd, chopped coriander leaves and mix gently.
• Pour the batter into idli plates greased with oil/ghee and steam for 12-14 minutes.
• Cool for 1 min. and remove the idlies from plates.
