Special Panipuri Chutney (पानी पूरी चटनी)
Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilley, Water, Black Salt, Iodized salt, Cumin seed, Spices mix,
Acidity Regulator (E-330), Containing Permitted Class II Preservatives (E211)
How to use :
- To make pani puri pani take 2 lit. water add 80g panipuri paste and mix it well. You can add extra salt and green chilly as per your taste. Put this pani in freeze for 30 min.
to make it chilled or you can add ice cube at the time of serving. This chutney also you can mix with potato and chana (Panipuri filler) - Add fresh lemon juice, Black salt, Salt and 20 g (Approx) panipuri paste in 200 ml water and enjoy your jaljeera drinks.
